Outlook Configuration Analyzer Tool (OCAT )

As Microsoft Says:
The Outlook Configuration Analyzer Tool (OCAT ) provides a quick and easy method to analyze your Microsoft Office Outlook profile for common configurations that may cause problems in Outlook.

First download the package from this link:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=28806

Install by clicking on setup, go to your Windows Start Menu and search for Microsoft OCAT and Launch it.

To start a scan first launch Outlook otherwise you have the message on the screen:


So now when outlook is launched
1)Enter The Scan Label
2)Choose Task (All or Offline)

After the scan is finished check the report.



This report includes about your profile also  any known problems that are found in your profile. You are provided a link to a Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article that describes a possible fix for a problem.
For instance you can see the store and size of Outlook Data File Pst.
c:\users\your name\Documents\Outlook Files\Outlook.pst Size on Disk
You can see all Microsoft Office Installed Updates and Outlook Security Settings. There is also a section for Add-ins And Third Party Modules.

You can also save the report as XML format and send to a collegue for opinion and help.
